I have one of these, and it's really cool. Price has come down to $59 for the basic version, which is more than enough for most dentists and photographers alike. It looks like an orange SD memory card, which goes into your camera. But once you shoot, it sends the picture via wireless signals to your computer. No more plugging in that USB cable or card reader to get your patient photos off.

Won't do RAW format, but most dentists don't use that, anyway. It's not scorching fast, so if you shoot lots of big images, it will take a little while. (I would just set down the camera and do something else) It's an SD card, so you have to use a Nikon D40-D60; though newer Canon Rebels have an SD slot, too. Unofficially, you can use an SD-to-SF adapter. If you're a Dentaltown member, I've posted on Eye-Fi extensively on the message boards.
